We were buying our first home, and had no clue where to begin. A friend recommended Danielle, so we reached out to discuss options. Almost immediately, she provided us with info on housing prices in various areas and helped us narrow our search. That same week, she showed us multiple houses, always accomodating our hectic schedules. When we decided to submit an offer, she walked us through the agreement and the funds we would need at each step of the process. Throughout the closing process, she was extremely responsive and put us in touch with the appropriate inspectors, attorney, broker, etc. She was never pushy, and everyone she recommended was professional. At closing when our deal seemed to be falling through (unusual situation with the seller), she helped to get everyone on the same page and close.
