Goes above and beyond! As first time home buyers, Danielle was everything we could have asked for. Danielle was always just a phone call away and was there to walk us through every step of the home buying process. We were very picky home buyers and Danielle never stopped hustling for us. She never wanted us to settle and was very patient with us and our many questions about the process. She was always available to talk and show homes (nights and weekends too).

My husband and I were first time homebuyers looking for an agent that would not only help us find the home we were looking for, but also someone to guide us through the process. Danielle was absolutely terrific. She worked with us to truly understand what we were looking for and kept us updated throughout the whole process. She was always available, day or night, to answer questions. She has a working style that put us at ease during what was at times a stressful situation. Danielle worked very hard to find us the perfect house. She made sure to ask a lot of questions to make sure she understood exactly what our needs were and what we were looking for. Then she scoured the market until she found us a great house. It hadn't even been listed yet. She then helped us through the entire process including recommending people for the services that we have needed in our new neighborhood.

In the recommendation by kahudak on 3/8/2016, I am one of the friends this user noted. My lease was coming due and doing some math, I felt like I should look into buying a home once again. Based on kahudak’s recommendation, I reached out to Danielle who called me back immediately to get a feel for what I was looking for. We then began exchanging emails… I learned what was on the market and Danielle learned what I liked in a home. Then, that Saturday we had a field trip to look at some houses. Some she knew I would not like. Many think that this would be a waste of time, but, it wasn’t. I could talk about elements I liked and what I didn’t like. Then, when we toured the last one, she knew it would be a slam dunk for me. In hind-sight, it was, but, at the time, I was nervous. However, she knows the market and I needed to move fast. I hadn’t seen much and she was sorry for that, but, reassured me that what we found was perfect. Her honesty and candor is exactly what I wanted. I know some realtors can be skittish about sharing their thoughts which makes me wonder, ‘why use a realtor?’ I loved that Danielle was willing to share her thoughts because it helped me make a final decision. After signing a contract, I had to fly to Europe on business. It was not the best situation, but, she made sure to make it work for me. She was with me every step of the way; willing to share her knowledge on everything. In essence, it could not have been easier. Based on my experience, I too passed along Danielle to a friend who was buying… Their needs were a bit more complex, and they had Danielle jumping through hoops, but, she found a house they loved and are in the process between the contract and closing. Like me, they could not be happier. In summary, if you are buying a house or just thinking of buying, tap into Danielle’s knowledge… I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Danielle was an outstanding realtor for the sale of home and purchase of my new home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the communities we were searching in. She had great advise for what to look for in home and what to avoid. She had great negotiation skills and was able to sell our home for a fair price as well as negotiate a fair price for the home we purchased. Met Danielle in 2003 when my wife and I were searching for our first house. Probably worked with 5 realtors in 5 different counties before narrowing our search to Morris County. Danielle was a big part of our decision to drop all other searches and follow her expertise to find the specific area and house we wanted. Her patience, integrity, and overall energy earned our trust almost immediately. We were completely sick of looking at houses before meeting Danielle. She somehow got us excited about our search again and we were impressed with the level of details she knew about all the towns within the county of our choice. ie..value, schools, taxes, restaurants, shopping, traffic, noise, and even community vibe, etc... Nearly 14 years later, we have never even considered using another realtor or recommending someone other than Danielle in real estate.
