We first worked with Danielle in 2005 when we bought our first home in Morristown after relocating back from Europe. She made it her business to understand exactly what we were looking for and catered our searches perfectly. We didn't waste any time seeing places that just didn't suit our needs. Danielle is an expert on the Morristown, Madison, Chatham and surrounding areas and shares the insider knowledge that is so important when house hunting. She has first hand knowledge of the school systems, the local nightlife, which neighborhoods have more young families vs. older more settled neighborhoods. When we did find our house, she expertly worked us through the process which was slightly more difficult with the overseas relocation and my husband not being a US citizen. About 8 years later, we then decided to sell that house and upgrade to a bigger house, again in Morristown and again with Danielle. She helped us prepare our house for sale, being tactfully honest about what needed upgrading and staging. She has a great eye for design and helped us make the house look fantastic. So much so that we even considered building on rather than moving! But we did sell for a very competitive and fair asking price. The process was extremely easy, keeping open houses to a minimum and showings to times that were convenient for our young family. And again, Danielle helped us find our new perfect house. When we, at times, were either getting carried away with our upsizing or alternatively settling for something that wasn't perfect, she subtlety reminded us what was important and what we had set out as our most haves rather than encouraging us to spend outside our comfort zone. We ended up in a fantastic location, in a perfectly sized and laid out house, with a very comfortable mortgage. When the negotiations for that house got a bit difficult at times, I always felt that Danielle was looking out for our good and had our best interest at heart. She was tough and fair and would provide us with advice on what we should push back vs where we could make some concessions. Thus while the negotiations were at times strained, the process was still enjoyable and fruitful. I would absolutely recommend Danielle and if we move again at some point, she would be the first person that I would call.

Danielle helped us purchase our very first home. She was very flexible and quick to respond to our questions, even though as relatively uninformed buyers we had a lot to ask. She’s a personable, competent and confident agent and my husband and I felt comfortable with her immediately. We had an agent before her who gave up on us after showing two houses because we had a low budget for the area we wanted to stay in. Danielle helped us find our current house that we've lived in for 11 years and counting. We found her to be very thorough when we went through the process of looking for a new house, and was always very honest throughout the whole process - if she didn't like a house, she would made sure we knew about it, and never pushed for houses that she didn't like herself. Danielle Bennett found us the dream home.she is a very hard worker she did not push us to buy anything we didn't like or did like and if there was any problems with the house that she knew she told us to run away from it...she showed us 26 homes before we found the one very patient person we were sending her emails at 11 pm and she will respond right away we loved loved dealing with her and she also has a really good taste in homes and knows the morris county area very well..so do we recommend her ?absolutely yes! I had the pleasure to work with Danielle Bennett of Keller Williams on the sale of my parent's house. It was a unique home, with many challenges, but Danielle was always optimistic, and her respect for older homes was evident. Danielle was full of ideas about how to present the home in the most positive manner and she was very diligent in holding open houses on a regular basis. Additionally, her willingness to help out in almost any situation was invaluable. As an added benefit, Danielle's husband Bob (a professional contractor) was always available to help (or refer) when some remodeling or repair was required. As this was our first time buying a home, we were a bit nervous about the whole "experience," and we can honestly say we were SO lucky in having Danielle as a resource throughout the entire process. We have had friends go through this only to be left in the dark so much, and Danielle enabled us to feel much more at ease with every step of this entire journey. We appreciated being able to contact her with any question (literally--no question was too small/too dumb) at practically any time. She was so warm and down-to-earth, we felt like we were being listened to...even for the little things that a first-time-buyer thinks they shouldn't get to have on their wish-list, or things like that. She was just so great to work with-she definitely makes you feel like you're going around looking at houses with a friend, but a friend who is listening to you. In the end, she was able to find us a GREAT place in a wonderful town that we never thought we could find--and truly a positive experience from start to finish.
