Danielle was amazing to work with! As first time buyers, my wife and I had no idea what we were doing and Danielle spent so much time teaching us how the real estate market works, what to look for when buying a home, as well as what issues/concerns were likely to be minor and could easily be addressed. Danielle really wanted to get to know us as people, but also buyers, so she could help understand our perspective, what we were looking for, but also what we weren't looking for. She also took the time to show us houses that she didn't think would be good for us, so she could educate us on bigger picture issues that we need to keep in mind when buying a home. After each house, we would talk through what we liked and didn't like, so she could better help us. In the end, she found us our dream home, balanced being aggressive so we wouldn't lose the house, but also had our best interest at heart so that we didn't overpay for it. After the sellers accepted our offer, Danielle was with us every step of the way, literally next to us helping with the inspections, additional walk throughs, getting estimates for work on the house, all the way up to closing. Overall, everyone who buys a house claims to have the best realtor, but Danielle really is the best. Our only issue is that we aren't looking to buy or sell a house anytime soon, so we'll miss working with Danielle.

Danielle helped us with buying our first house and again selling it a few years later. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She was very patient and knowledgeable in the buying process and helped guide us through all of the details of closing. Her help with selling the house went above and beyond. We had already moved out of state when selling and Danielle basically took care of everything at the house for us. She walked us through everything that needed to be done and took the burden of the process off of us. If we ever move back to the same area we will definitely be contacting Danielle again!

Danielle was absolutely amazing. She really helped my husband and I narrow down what we were looking for in a house and worked fast to get us in to see houses that met our criteria. She was also very honest and gave good recommendations on what we should bid on the houses we wanted without exceeding what we could truly afford.
