Danielle was instrumental in helping my husband and I purchase our first home. We were definitely not the easiest to work with as we had very different styles of houses we liked and were trying to stay within a conservative budget. We also didn't really have a specific area, I just wanted a house in a walkable suburb with a nice downtown. We worked together for almost a year and Danielle was in constant communication, sending houses, trying to learn more about what we liked and didn't about the houses we saw, and providing guidance on how to proceed. She actually got us the three houses we put bids on, which seems crazy when I spoke to friends about their experiences. When she saw our current house come on the market, she got us in to see it the day it went on the market and they actually took it off for us and immediately accepted our offer.

As we got ready to list our house, we spoke with a handful of local Realtors and did not feel particularly connected to any of them. Then we met Danielle.
