Ms Bennett sold me my current residence. She was the listing agent for the seller. I did not know her before I purchased the townhouse. I was very impressed with her professional skills, especially knowledge of the market and combined with excellent communication skills and a nice personality, I asked her to be the listing agent on my house which I was about to put up for sale. Ms Bennett responded immediately to all my questions and suggestions. The listing and sale of my house was not without problems since it was constructed in 1938 and had construction issues to be corrected. Ms Bennett was very helpful in suggesting contractors which corrected the problems and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Ms Bennett to represent buyers and/or sellers.

Danielle did an outstanding job selling our father's condo after he passed away. She went above and beyond her responsibilities because we all live out of town. She hired and managed painters, repair teams, movers and more. She worked closely with the condo association to get several projects done in a timely manner and this was not easy to do. She was very persistent, responsive and always friendly... just a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area as well as how to sell a house quickly.
