We couldn't possibly have more wonderful things to say about Danielle! Danielle helped us to find our very first home. To say we were indecisive in the beginning is an understatement - we had no idea which town we wanted to live in, what type of home... we weren't even sure which state we wanted to live in. For months, Danielle went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect place. She listened to each and every piece of feedback we gave her and tweaked her searches accordingly. She was patient, sharp, and efficient. But the best part about Danielle is that she's FUN! An often stressful process, Danielle made the whole home search enjoyable and exciting. We were always laughing and never felt 'down' when something didn't work in our favor. She also stayed honest and open with us the entire time, and never failed to point out a flaw within a home or neighborhood if she felt it wouldn't be a fit for us, which was so appreciated. Danielle was amazing to work with through our home buying process as she helped us find our dream home. She was extremely knowledgeable of both the market and housing details/specifications. This allowed her to provide candid and straight forward advice while still allowing us to come to our own conclusions throughout the process. First things first, we represented a difficult home-buying challenge. What we were looking for was rather specific and hard to find within a commutable distance in Morris county. Danielle worked with us to find EXACTLY what we wanted. We started talking to her about what we wanted in a house back in October of 2019. She offered us amazing advice on location and helped guide our “must haves”s and “want to have”s. Please note, we did not actually close on a house until August 2020! Danielle stuck with us through the beginning baby steps, a flipping global pandemic, and a cutthroat market post COVID-wave-1. Throughout the whole process Danielle has been attentive, knowledgeable, flexible, and completely devoted to getting us into the house we love. 10pm phone calls? She’s there. Showings stop due to COVID? She’s already coordinated one-on-one appointments. Boiler fails and starts smoking during the final walk-through? Danielle has a heating and plumbing guy she’s worked with for years on site within one hour to diagnose, quote, and save your skins. Danielle always had somebody lined up to offer us the best advice and service. From the loan officer for pre-approval all the way through the lawyer we were extremely well taken care of. She is an expert on the process and has a depth of knowledge she pulls from, more than once we steered clear from disaster based on this alone. There was never a time where we couldn’t pick up the phone and call and a visiting a property was never off the table. Most importantly, Danielle is always at bat for you. Through the negotiation process she is constantly working the other side over, we walked away with this property with everything we need to fix pre-existing issues and make this house our home. To put this simply, if you want the best, you need Danielle.

Let me tell you that this agent is more than what you're looking for. I've already bought the house and she is still coordinating post purchase, miscellaneous tasks that she isn't responsible for. She was attentive to what I was looking for, but more importantly she made sure I got a property with appreciation potential. She insisted that I see a property that I had no interest in, and I am living in it now. I fell in love one foot on to the property. She knew what i wanted even when I didn't. This clearly isn't about the money for her. This is a passion of her's. As silly as it might sound, I consulted with her before my lawyer in some situations. She puts the hours in without you having to influence her to do so. THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!

Danielle was an excellent realtor. She had vast knowledge of the town we were looking in and as first time home owners she helped us to understand what to expect. The thing my wife and I loved the most is that she was extremely responsive every single step of the way. It is not an exaggeration that I must have called her 60 times and 58 of those she picked up and the other 2 she called back within minutes. This helped us to get opinions from her to get back to our attorney or make a decision internally. She gave great advice. Honestly with her as our realtor it was a really smooth process and I felt like I got really educated on the entire process. Add in the fact that she is just a genuinely nice person who was happy for me and my wife and you have a great realtor. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Danielle as a realtor is the smartest choice we have made! We used Danielle to buy our first family home, to rent out our condo, and now we used her to sell our home. She found buyers for us in ONE DAY! She is so knowledgeable on everything and works for you and with you. You never doubt that she has your best interest at heart. Danielle works hard to make your deal reasonable and helps in anyway she can. In my personal opinion, she took on many of the things I would normally have to do in order to take the stress off of me (like getting contractors to come and give written estimates to counter the buyers estimates). She is a wonderful person and I am so pleased that she sold my house for top price! She knew exactly what needed to be done and said to get the job done and get it done RIGHT! I will use her again for my next house purchase and can not wait for the opportunity to work with her again.
